I was a bit unsure of the timeline of when I would be able to buy a house due to a rental lease I could not get out of without someone to take over, Jordan went out of his way to find two renters, get them approved by my landlord, and even paid a whole month worth of rent for them in order to seal the deal for me. I didn’t even see my house in person before I bought it, Jordan gave me a virtual showing while I was four hours away and took care of making an offer and getting it closed in a timely manner. Very appreciative of everything Jordan did and he’s a very handsome man as well.

I've used Jordan on two occasions and he was extremely responsive and quick to act in getting the property spruced up, staged, and ready to show. Anything the house needs to be ready to show to the buyers, he's either able to handle it himself or has contacts in all other conceivable areas that can handle it.
